Extraction method: Chinese Cedarwood Essential Oil is steam distilled from the wood pieces of the Chinese Cedarwood tree (Cupressus funebris). The temperature of the steam is carefully controlled so that the Essential Oil is released with its botanical and aromatic compounds preserved.

Description: Also known as Chinese Weeping Cypress, the Chinese Cedarwood tree is an evergreen tree with a large, oval crown. It’s commonly cultivated in Guizhou, Gansu and Sichuan provinces in China.
