Refund Policy

 Botanic Universe has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Upon receipt of your package, open it immediately. Claims for damages or missing products MUST be reported to our customer service department within three (3) business days of the receipt of your products. All claims are subject to our Quality Control Investigation. Once completed an applicable exchange or refund may be issued.

We will accept returns within three (3) business days of your receipt of shipment (Not Including Shipping Charges). All products returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  All returned products MUST be returned unused, unopened and in its original sealable condition. Items which are SOLD as samples, clearance, final sale, and liquidation, cannot be retuned, refunded, or exchanged.

If an error has been made by us on an Electronic Order, we will re-issue the correct order & repay all shipping costs. Any errors arising from miscommunication on telephone orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer as the customer will be accountable for returning freight. To ensure accuracy, submit orders electronically.  

All returns must be shipped by ground service to avoid any customs and brokerage charges (if applicable). If items are returned by any other shipping method, the customer will be responsible for those charges or the package may be refused by Botanic Universe at our discretion.

If the cost of a return, missing or damaged item is $5.00 CND or less, a credit will be applied to the customers account. There will be no refund or replacement for the product.

Original and Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellations: All order cancellations will be charged a fee of 20% as a restocking fee per order regardless of the order status. This includes backordered & out of stock items.

All refunds, credits, or exchanges may take up to two (2) weeks to process
