Shipping Policy

Our default shipping agent for shipments to Canada and the United States of America is “Canada Post”.

In all cases, we pass on our heavily discounted shipping rates to our customers. We do not operate our Shipping Department as a profit-making center. The online shipping quotes are estimates based on the weight and volume calculations for the products. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges.

All shipments of the products are issued a tracking number & requires a signature upon delivery to the recipients. All shipments are shipped “Standard”. If “Priority” shipping is required, it must be requested & paid for by the recipient. 

Any promotional shipping (Free Shipping) is shipped “Standard”.

Botanic Universe does not accept any responsibility for losses, damages, or delays that may occur once the products are shipped. If insurance or additional insurance is required, it must be requested.

Alternative shipping methods are available on request. If the customer arranges their own shipping, which includes:

  • Customer using their own shipping account.
  • Customer using their own shipping courier.
  • Customer arranging for a third part to facilitate shipping.

Botanic Universe will not be held responsible. The customer will be required to sign a WAIVER to ensure Botanic Universe is not held responsible for any shipping issues. In the event, Botanic Universe receives any chargers under these conditions, the customers agree to have their credit card charged the outstanding balance owed

The customer is responsible for ensuring the mailing address is correct. Botanic Universe is not responsible for customer errors. Any additional shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Products returned to Botanic Universe marked Refused, Returned, Unclaimed, or Invalid Address will be credited back to the customers account, deducting 20% for the restocking fee and all shipping charges including any additional return charges assessed by the courier. Customers will not be contacted if their order is returned to us.

All Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable

International Shipping:

Botanic Universe will ship products internationally VIA Airmail Parcel Post. The services may take 1-4 weeks to arrive. All international shipping costs will be the responsibility of the recipient. Any Duty Tax, or Brokerage fees related to the order is the responsibility of the recipient.

Any large quality items will be shipped VIA Ship Transport. This services may take 4-8 weeks to arrive. All international shipping costs will be the responsibility of the recipient. Any Duty Tax, or Brokerage fees related to the order is the responsibility of the recipient.

In most cases, both methods of international shipping are insured. If additional insurance is required, it must be requested & paid by the recipient.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of the specific import restrictions for the country importing the products. If the products are refused or destroyed due to customs, Botanic Universe will not refund or replace the products.

All international shipping charges will be calculated once all shipping details are issued and calculated by the shipping provider. Prior to this step all products MUST be paid. Once the recipient agrees to pay the additional shipping charges (AND ARE PAID), the products will then only be shipped out. If the recipient does not agree to pay the additional shipping charges, a 20% restocking fee will be charged per order as a refund will be issued. 

Botanic Universe will not export to the Government of Korea, Japan, New Zealand as Botanic Items such as seeds, flower parts, or any organic, plant substances require special documentation.

Botanic Universe will not export to Italy or Greece as the countries import laws do not allow cosmetics or soak making supplies.

Botanic Universe will ONLY ship the maximum amount of $100.00 CND total for products to the Country of Russia. Botanic Universe will not be responsible if the products are rejected at customs or refused to be delivered. There will not be a refund or exchange as it is the responsibility of the recipitant.   

If for any reason, you are unable to pick up your products or the products are returned, Botanic Universe will issue a refund, deducting all shipping costs (Original & Return) and charge a 20% restocking fee. 

All products shipped internationally will be labelled per product. Botanic Universe will not mark a product as a “Gift” as it would be in violation of the law.
