Beet Root Powder

Easy to incorporate this powder into many dishes from soups to veggie burgers,

I’d recommend if using for baking to run it through a sifter first to break up the little clumps, but it’s an excellent product, imparts colour without flavour (though it does have a strong earthy smell). We used other flavourings and extracts and just used this for colour hoping it wouldn’t add flavour, mission accomplished!
