Mugwort Herb (Cut and Sifted)

I love this herb. It calmed me down and relaxed me. I have hypoglycemia and find it hard to calm down and have my brain working in an organized calm. This herb has supported me on that. But I took it for some first sign of viral symptom of very mild headache and very slight dry cough. I had a bothering toothache and I swished it round my mouth and it also calmed my toothache. This will be my favorite go to tea once in a while. I read that I can't have this continuously. It has some adverse side effect. d

I only gave a neutral rating as it's the first time I've ever tried it and don't have anything to compare it with. I did like the taste and as I have arthritis, am hoping that it will help with the inflammation etc. but too soon to tell right now.
