Hello, I purchased the Nettle Leaves and Nettle Root, the first to make a glycerite and use the active botanical in cream for eczema. It is a good source of flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, and caffeic acid analogues. Reported used for the treatment of sensitive skin and good for acne-prone skin. Nettle is rich in vitamins such as provitamin A & C.
I have yet to use Nettle Root, but understand it is good for UTI and other estrogen related issues.
