I love this fruit powder. Quality is good and the color is pretty pale peach/pink. I use it in many products.

I only tried one product and I wasn't impressed can't judge the whole company for that that's my take...

Mistaken purchase --- star rating not applicable

This product is probably fine for its intended purposes, but it was not actually what I thought it was (that being powdered whole watermelon juice), so I cannot really rate it. At any rate, though, Botanic Universe was very understanding in giving me a full refund, which I did NOT expect them to do. So I can at least say that Botanic Universe is excellent in terms of customer service.
