Description: Believed to have originated in Egypt and Israel, the Cumin herb is now widely cultivated in India, China, Morocco, Cyprus, Iran and Southern Europe.

Cumin is a small herb that grows to about 20 inches (50cm) with tiny white or pink flowers. Its seeds are small, elongated and highly aromatic which are often used as a spice in many cuisines. However, its Essential Oil is comparatively lesser known. In fact, the Essential Oil of the Cumin herb is where most of its healthful and medicinal values resides.

Aromatic scent: smells like Anise Essential Oil with very spicy, warm, with strong musky notes
